What do you have to control fuel? Cartech? VAFC? You need something to richen it up down low and pull fuel up top. You can totally see how as the a/f begins to richen up your power and torque begin to drop.

I don't have anything except the Jackson fuel pressure regulator. I REALLY want to fix my A/F problem because it looks like it has a good deal more power in it. But... I'm kind of weary about buying anymore electronics because
A) They're just one more place something can come disconnected or short or fail and when this happens it's hard to trouble shoot
B) My stock wiring harness is already starting to look pretty hacked up.
What are my options again that might smooth things out?
One thing I would possibly consider would be zip's EBL, but that's another electronic device. I don't know, I'll have to talk to him.

You might try disconnecting the JR IAT relay if it's used on the Prelude kit, don't they come w/ the BTC and MAP mod? If so Zip's invention would allow you to tune how much and when to richen up the mixture if at all.

I know this isn't a Prelude board, but you guys have alot more experience with supercharging than we do. I hope you don't mind...
OK guys, I need some major help. My dyno absolutly sucks. On my first run I made 197.7 HP and 178 TQ, but my A/F was between 13 and 14 (almost hitting 14 at a couple points). 5 runs later I'm only making 190.7 HP and 177.7 TQ. Things get sooooo rich after 6000 RPM's that power literally starts going down!
Everyone please look at this dyno and try to help me out! It's geocities, so you have to cut and paste the link to your browser.
Here is the link to the final (190 HP) run: http://www.geocities.com/pacu18/dyno.JPG
Thanks in advance, I'll try to post the initial dyno later.
My mods are:
JRSC at 6PSI
NGK zfr7f
AEM Short Ram
JR VPAC
The kit comes with the GSS342, BTC, and Map Mod.

You're going to have to add something. It sucks throwing extra parts at a car but in your case it's necessary.

I can't do Hondata because it does not support my cars ATTS, and that's not something I'm willing to give up. I don't think Preludes have the IAT mod. How would a cartech help me?

The JR FMU is set at a 5:1 rise rate. If you are drowning up top the Cartech allows you to adjust the rise rate.

All I can say is that the Cartech fmu made more of a difference than the J@S Safeguard and JR Map Converter combined. I also gained a ton of mid range power.
